Remove Students From Your Class Without Deleting Them (Teacher)

Pro-Tip: By unlinking a student account, you’ll remove the student from your class. The student that owns the account is free to join another class at any time.


Let’s get started. 

Step 1: Log in to your Teacher Portal HERE.

Step 2: Click on "Classes” on the left-hand menu.

Step 3: Select the name of the class containing the student/s you wish to remove from your portal (unlink).

Step 4: Once inside your class, you can select one student, a few, or all of them by checking the white box to the left of the student(s).

Step 5: Use the Bulk Actions menu and click on 'Unlink'.

Step 6: A dialog box will pop up asking you to confirm your decision to unlink students. You'll have to enter the word “CONFIRM” and then click the button that reads “Unlink Students.”
