Link your Teacher Account to Your Player Account (Teacher)

If you're a teacher and have a Nitro Type Teacher account and a Nitro Type Player account, you can now be automatic friends with your students by linking your teacher account to your player account.

Let's get started:

Step 1: Log in to your Teacher Portal HERE.

Step 2: Hover over your name in the top right corner and select "Account" from the dropdown menu that appears.

Step 3: Click the button that reads "Link with a Player Account"

Step 4: Next, click on "Use My Existing Nitro Type Player Account"

Step 5: After completing the login/linking process in Step 4, you will see a "Link Complete" message, confirming that the two accounts were linked successfully.

Now that you've linked your player account to the teacher portal, your account will automatically be friends with every student. When you log in you will be asked to choose a class to view/play with. To view another class, log out and back in, then select a different class from the list. 

Pro-Tip 1: To see the Nitro Type player account currently linked to your teacher account, go to "Account".

Pro-Tip 2: Under Account Settings, you have the option to Unlink your teacher account from your player account. 

Pro-Tip 3: Your player account will not show in the class's roster in your teacher portal. It will only show in the player portal with a label that says "teacher".

That's it! Now, you've linked your teacher account to your player account and you can join your students on the track😊
