Edit Class Settings (Teacher)

Let’s get started. 

Step 1: Log in to your Teacher Portal HERE.

Step 2: Click on "Classes" in the left-hand menu. 

Step 3: Locate the class and hover over the row to access the Edit button on the right. Click "Edit".

Step 4: On the new page, you can change the following settings:

• Class Details - Allows you to change the name of your class, grade and period. Also, you can create a “Custom Self-Join Code” for that class.

• Games - Allows you to grant or restrict student access to Nitro Type or Nitro Math.

• Message - Create a custom message for your class. Students will see it when they log in and it will be visible on the Class dashboard. Pro-Tip: This is available for Nitro Gold users only.

• Advanced Options - Enable or Disable certain features. Set the Class Status to 'Active' or 'Paused'. Pro Tip: Student's in a "paused" class will not be able to log into Nitro Type or Nitro Math.

Step 5: Save all changes.
