How to Delete a Class (Teacher)

Pro-Tip 1: If you’re using Google Classroom to sync your classes, you can skip the first part of this article and go to the section "Removing Classes Synced with Google Classroom."

Pro-Tip 2: You can not delete classes that contain students. You need to move or unlink the students first.

Let’s get started. 

Step 1: Log in to your Teacher Portal HERE.

Step 2: Click on “Classes” on the left-hand menu. 

Step 3: Select the class or classes you wish to delete. Once you’ve selected the class or classes, click the button that reads "Bulk Actions" followed by "Delete."

Removing Classes Synced with Google Classroom

Step 1: Log in to your teacher’s portal HERE. (Make sure you use the “Log in with Google” button).

Step 2: Click on “Classes” on the lefthand menu. 

Step 3: Next click “Sync with Classroom.”

Step 4: A window will open with all of your Google Classroom classes. Uncheck the classes you want to remove (make sure they turn red) and then click “Sync Selected Classes.”
