How to Edit Student Account Details (Teacher)
Teachers have the ability to edit certain student account information. To unlock this feature, you must have a verified school email linked to your teacher portal.
Let's get started:
Step 1: Use the side menu to view Classes and select the class belonging to the student you wish to edit.
Step 2: Find him/her on the roster and hover your mouse over the student row. Click on the Edit icon at the end of the row.
Step 3: You can update the following fields in the screen that pops up:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Display Name
- Reset Password
Step 4: Save all changes.
Pro Tip: The student will see these changes the next time they log in.
That's it! Now you've updated the student's account details.
